INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g Shredded coleslaw
  • 100 g Paprika
  • 50 g Eggplant
  • 50 g Courgetti
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 80 g Carrot
  • Cucumber slices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 100-130 g Broccoli
  • 130 g Canned chickpeas
  • 50 g Soy wok pieces
  • Spice mix: chicken spices + paprika + onion + black pepper + nutmeg

Directions

    1.
  • Toss your shredded coleslaw in a bowl and sprinkle with chicken spices before giving them a good mix (note the bowl should be oven proof).
    2.
  • Cut up your veggies into strips and blocks. Garnish them over your coleslaw base.
    3.
  • Add the drained chickpeas and wok pieces.
    4.
  • Sprinkle with some spices before moving to a pre heated oven (180-200 °C) and until the veg goes crispy but still tender.
    5.
  • Add the sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes before enjoying this delicious bowl!
