This breakfast smoothie is perfect for the days when I’m too tired or too busy to train in the morning.

Quick to make, nutritious and YAF (Yummy As Fuck)!

Protein smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g Protein powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 dl / 7 oz Oat milk
  • 80 g Spinach
  • 80 g Kale
  • 1 dl / 3 oz Blueberries (frozen)
  • ½ Avocado

Directions

    1.
  • Rinse the spinach and kale.
    2.
  • Put all ingredients in a mixer and run it until everything is evenly mixed.
