Protein smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 30 g Protein powder
- 1 Banana
- 2 dl / 7 oz Oat milk
- 80 g Spinach
- 80 g Kale
- 1 dl / 3 oz Blueberries (frozen)
- ½ Avocado
Directions
- 1.
- Rinse the spinach and kale.
- 2.
- Put all ingredients in a mixer and run it until everything is evenly mixed.
