INGREDIENTS

  • 120 g potato
  • 100 g paprika
  • 50 g peas
  • 50 g mushroom
  • 100 g carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 130 g lentils
  • 50 g soy meat

Directions

    1.
  • You can choose how you prefer to make your potatoes, I use a speedy way of poking holes into them with a fork and heating them up in the microwave. They come out nicely done and ready to be tossed in the pan.
    2.
  • Bake your diced vegetables lightly in a pan and season with salt, herbs and pepper.
    3.
  • Add your sliced-up potatoes and prepped lentils to give them a quick bake.
    4.
  • Add the soy meat last so it retains its structure.
    5.
  • Give a small drizzle of BBQ sauce before a final mix up and move to a bowl!
