INGREDIENTS

  • 120 g Brown rice
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 50 g Edamame beans
  • 100 g Shredded carrot
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 50 g Mushroom
  • A handful of bean sprouts
  • Some soy sauce

Directions

    1.
  • Prep your rice on the side while cutting up your veg and tofu.
    2.
  • Bake the broccoli, beans and mushrooms separately in a little soy sauce.
    3.
  • Give your tofu a pat down to make sure it’s dry and lightly sear them in your pan with the rests of soy sauce.
    4.
  • Once the rice is done move to a bowl and garnish with the veg and tofu blocks.
    5.
  • Add some bean sprouts on the side and revel at your meal!
