12 Fit Weeks is not a diet, and therefore you have not tried something like this before! When people say “I’m on a diet”, they are already toying with failure as being “on” a diet means you have the potential to fall off it. It’s better to say “I have a diet”, to promote the idea that this healthy lifestyle is yours forever.

Making significant changes doesn’t have to require significant investments of time. We won’t prescribe hour-long workouts every day of the week or make you spend all day on a Sunday prepping meals for the following week. Whether you can spare five minutes or an hour every day, we’ll help you to make the most of that time.

Who doesn’t like cake? And pizza, fries, doughnuts, chocolate, and beer. It’s fine. At Athlegan, we are realists, and we know that you are more likely to stick to a program that doesn’t forbid your favorite foods. We try to help you understand when it is best to eat these foods and even encourage it from time to time.

Twelve Fit Weeks includes:

1 – 12 weeks of lessons

Each week you receive multiple lessons sent straight to your email inbox, allowing you to read and implement them in your own time. Each lesson may have supplemental material and will always have something to practice on your journey to weight loss.


2 – Expert coaches

12 Fit Weeks was developed by two expert nutrition coaches who will both be part of your journey to a healthier weight and better fitness. Chris and Tobias will be with you throughout your time on the program, sharing their wisdom to help you overcome any obstacles you might encounter.


3 – Exclusive community

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. On 12 Fit Weeks you will have access to our exclusive private group where you can share your experiences and get help from the community of others who are on the same journey as you.


4 – Weekly video chats

Each week, we offer either a group video chat or a Facebook live stream. You can participate in each live, or watch back the live streams at a later stage. This allows you to ask questions, chat with your coaches, and nail your plan.


5 – Workout plan, nutrition guide, and more!

On 12 Fit Weeks, you get loads of materials to help you make the most of it. This includes an optional workout plan, and a personalised nutrition guide that gives you a way to measure your food without tracking calories. You will also get an Athlegan weight-loss recipe eBook, a shopping list, and more.
